Shea Moisture Cleanser – Transforming Clay to Cream Cleanser (that is a whopper of a name)
This brand has some amazing products with great ingredients. It is phthalate free, paraben free, sulfate free, mineral oil free and cruelty free. Their products contain certified organic, natural and fair trade ingredients. It is really hard to find a brand that doesn’t have what you don’t want and has what you want at a reasonable price. Shea Moisture is that kind of brand. All of their products share the story of the brand and how it began, the story is heartwarming. It not only is a story about a strong, widowed woman entrepreneur, but also about given back to the community. This is a brand, I can really feel good about supporting with purchasing their products.

Shea Moisture Transforming Clay to Cream Cleanser is a gentle but effective face cleanser. I like the fact that is a little thicker than most face cleansers. It is still very cream, like a thick lotion. (I am not sure if you can see the texture of the product well on this picture. )
You only need to use a pea size amount on your wet face. Massage in a circular motion around you face. It feels really creamy and soft as you massage it on your face.
It has a very slight smell like most Shea Moisture products. I believe it is the blend of essential oils used in their products. Yes, there is a small amount of essential oils in this product, but it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all.
You do have to add a bit more water to rinse off this cleanser but not a lot. It rinses clean and is not drying to the skin.
This has become my favorite cleanser, in fact, this is my 2nd tube since I started using it in the fall. It is hard for me to use my other cleansers. Although I have a lot to try out and I have tried a lot of cleansers as well. I keep just going back to this one and ignoring the rest.
